Group Classes

Joining our group classes are a great way to jump in with like minded people and tick your workout off while enjoying your time!
Our classes vary from session to session, however we offer strength, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and boxing classes. Our classes run mid week and first thing Saturday mornings for our weekend warriors.
